Спасибо, помогло.
тоже сделал так, но проработала буквально 3 месяца, энкодер пришлось выбросить, смазать надо было контакты после сборки.
ну и ... на сухую, все эти усики и контакты сотруться чрезе полгода, и потом тоько покупть новый энкодер....
