Thanks for the video. Saved me from wasting money on new headphone. In my case, there weren't any wiring issues. Rather, the problem seems to have been due to some misalignment of the parts inside (I think the small springs of the speaker contacting the circuit board moved out of alignment as I had dropped my headphone a few times). I simply opened up the parts and reassembled and it worked.

Hi my jbl 500bt does not turn on. I tried everything I could find on the internet. I pressed it and then clicked for 3 times. I pressed the + and - and the power at the same time. I still isn’t turning on. Also it is charging? like it’s already full bc I charged it and the light was red after two hours the light wasn’t red anymore witch means it’s charged. So do you have anything I can do? Or should I just go to the store?

I found out that the power button was misaligned inside the case, and not making contact with the switch. It was actually fully charged, but due to the power button NOT making contact with the switch it would not power on....
