Thank you. I have used 3 of these pen and they all broke for various reasons. However, the filament guide tubes in this last one split open so I am going to try to replace it with PTFE Teflon tubing. None of mine have a metal rod inside to insert the tube. Its designed just a little differently.

Where did you get the spare nozzle?

When I put filament in the top I go to extrude it but the temperature drops so it stops extruding and it keeps doing it. Even when I extrude through the nozzle

Are the buttons REPLACEABLE?

I opened mine up because the filament got stuck, and my tube isn't like that at all! It's stuffed in there, and will not fit back together now 😭. I was sent a bad pen.

The problem with mines is that, that spiny weel looking ting that looks sharp on the inside is stuck and it won’t spin,so when I insert the filament it gets stuck there and does not go completely through
