Marcus, I owe you and Amazon a fat apology: I take back everything I said about the camera because when I came home I found IT WAS UNPLUGGED!! I reconnected it and it worked fine! Now I must inform Amazon of my faux pas. (My cats must've tripped over it while they were wrestling.) Needless to say, I'm subscribing for future videos.😁

When you install the camera in the ceiling does the image rotate or it remain upside down on the TV as all the reviews that I have seen is showing the camera sitting on a desk

Can you scroll down the video on the main screen ? And you use the other apps

Does the cable have to be always connected for the camera to work ? I just purchased a camera off of Amazon.

You do understand that none of that "security" works if the: "would be thief" cut's the power to your home, Right? or simply even cut you internet cable from outside your home, which is very, VERY simple to do.

so I guess they haven't fixed the mic on these things yet huh? - the mic is way too low... you can hear fine, but people on the other side can barely hear you when you talk into the mic.

Can I hang it upside down from the ceiling? Will it give me an upside down footage?

Does it work with 5hgz wifi ? How did you connect it ? I bought a different camera at a store and it doesn't connect with my wifi ... i was wondering why, but it said it only connects to 2ghz

I can use it without the cloud, only SD card, and still see recorded footage (motion alerts only)?

You download app connect via WiFi and u can view in phone from anywhere

What if it don't have a place to hook Wi-Fi up?

Newer one asks for a security code so they're not compatible for some reason. I'm a little upset.

Im looking for a camera to set up in a hotel room. A 2.4 ghz camera didnt work so the 5 most likely will right

do you recommend this camera for placing it inside the house window and monitor outside street activities?

Hi , I bought this camera due works with 5G but and trying to connected to my WiFi and doesn't recognized the QR I don't know if is because the Camara don't read the QR or because the Camara is not completely with 5G Do you know if it's ?? Thanks in advance

When I’m out of town I usually connect to the hotel that I’m staying at Internet will it still work where am out of town using a different Wi-Fi

Aslong as WiFi is on where camera is on u should Be able log in from any phone with data or WiFi

I have set up the camera but when I open the app on another wifi location when I’m out, do I have to reset wifi connection for the app? I’m worried this will disconnect the camera from the other wifi when left on also. Thank you

U must setup WiFi while in place camera is that’s so that the app is always connected and you can view it when you are away

@@JLGASS223 I’m video I show how to set up with WiFi Does ur phone get internet when ur gone from home ?

It takes for ever to re-connect the camera every time you move to a new location. If you set it and forget it, maybe. but if you want to take place with you, not the easiest to set up.

I just bought this. Easy set up. Second day I’m getting connection failed. Pulse it’s range of motion isn’t so flexible. Never had such problems, or any other problems, with Victure pet camera. Returning this to Amazon.

@@MarcosTechHero I really appreciate your speedy response. It’s so thoughtful. But the need to even reset or reboot it in the first place is suspicious to me. This may not be the first time I would have to reset it. Since I don’t know how to get another Victure camera, I’ll just opt to get a refund and use my Ring camera, instead.
