The Argus 3 Pro has a 122-degree field of view and captures video in a 1440p resolution with a 15fps. It is not a high frame rate, but the video looks quite smooth. If people are running by it doesn't look as smooth. You are able to clearly see what is going on.
The great thing is that you don't need a subscription to be able to view your video footage like on other security cameras such as the Ring doorbell that doesn't let you see past events unless you purchase a subscription.
The app is pretty intuitive to use. You have the option to set the video playback to fluent or 4mp. Fluent is recommended for a smoother experience since the videos are in lower resolution. The videos will always be stored in the 2k resolution so you are able to download them in 2k or in the lower resolution.
I like that this has a bright spotlight built-in. This lets the camera have a better video quality at night.

I just purchased mine. Can't wait to try it out. i previously used the Argus 2... mine died this winter when a bit of water got in it and froze, cracking the case and letting moisture in. :/ We'll see how the Argus 3 stands up. :) Thanks for the video.
Great review! Are you familiar with the Eufy cams? Would you say this is better or worse system?

I’ve owned eufy 2 k camera. Argus pro 3 is better quality and then arlo pro is the best but is double the price.
Can you review the life 360 go 2 camera?
Can the alarm be set automatically at night??
This is the argus 3 2k right? Not the pro?
How is the battery life?

The battery will last one month on a single charge. It's not that much so it's worth getting the solar panel combo with this one.
