How genuine is this program? Many of these good programmes started very well but after collecting money from many investors they go underground and relocate to the USA, Canada and Europe with their family and progress becomes an uncompleted etc project

Sir/Ma, this is NHF housing program in partnership with the Lagos state government. It is not an individual project. You can do your research about the National Housing Fund (NHF) they have several projects like this in various state in Nigeria. 100% legit.

what i dislike is when realtors use manufacturing companies as selling point, such as Dangote refineries which 95% of its workforce can't afford to own one of these apartments , and I certainly wont want to leave close to a refinery where the likely hood of an environmental disaster cant be ignored coupled with noise, pollution etc . More also what is specific about this Amen estate you guys always use as deal breaker , is it occupied by celestial beings? To market a place like this , tell us What is the govt plan for this area in regards to development such as the new INT airport and The proposed 4th Mainland Bridge and how it will be easy to connect to the mainland. Concerning global warming what happens to the properties if the sea level rises seeing that the sea is not far from this site. Would be nice to see a finish apt, surely the developer could have quickly complete one, cos now its hard to visualise the finished apartment,

These apartments shouldn't be more than 10m per apartment! How much did the land go for? And what is the provision for cars owned by the people? You are building another Jakande Estate with the coffin-like rooms.

Thanks for the feedback, ma. There is provision for car parks, and there will also be hall for event by individual, perhaps the video is not doing justice, but the rooms are very spacious when you do a physical tour, am sure you will love it 😉 😀
