Wow, is this home near the ocean? You can actually see the ocean from the front door. Love the sky light in the kitchen and the large enclose Florida room.

whats the average rent on something similar or average to this? (when renting to own) a ball park figure would be okay... specifics isnt a big deal.. please answer... super curious and interested!

I have one question, and you must answer this honestly, of course... DOES IT FLOOD THERE? If so, when, AND does it flood often, AND, equally important, what's the extent of the flooding? As in, damage to homes, personal property, i.e. vehicles, etc. Thank you, I am not attempting to ruin your video, but we are moving and quickly, too, and I must have the truth before me, so I know which way AND how to walk... and what genre I'll choose to walk in, as well! THANK YOU KINDLY!

Oscar DeWitt This home is located in a flood zone. However, there has not been any report flooding over the last 10 or so years.
