This is a beautiful place and villa. Love it very much, do not mine purchasing a villa. Do not know how difficult, complicated and expensive it would be to purchase as a non-resident of Kenya.

fanya proper due diligence on the place. You can start with a simple google earth search on the area n proceed to have a surveyor if you are concerned about flooding :)
