I think this is actually a really good system. As an avid solo bike rider in a certain island nation in SEA, I love my freedom and I wouldn't want to be locked down to an inflexible and pre-determined route. Having a local guide that knows the area and can provide insight while also having the total freedom to choose where to go seems like a nice balance between convenience and experience. Would check out your place if I ever go to Vietnam.

The guides are usually on company bikes. What I mean is, the guide comes with a bike, which is a good idea I think :D
