What's the possibility that the renovating powder will cause the glasses to now cause flat beer? I ask this because I had one of my staff renovate the glasses but I am not 100% sure he rinsed the machine after finishing so it is possible that some of the glasses were washed as per normal after he finished renovating some. He did do it the way you did aka 3 scoops= two washes every and after 4 washes one scoop and I told him to rinse the glasses with cold water after the 2nd wash but I had a complaint that the beer is flat/tastes funny and I can not see anything wrong with the gas etc so the only thing I can think of is the renovating.

If the glasses are not rinsed out with plain water, the detergent will make the glasses greasy, and you will have flat beer. Makesure your bucket has water running through it. if the water is stagnant, the detergent will build up and not be brushed clear. Makesure your gkasswasher is rinsed out completely also.

Tridents glasses are a lot cleaner than they were in the Grand Parade Hotel 🤣
