Welcome to renovating an abandoned ranch. I inherited and abandoned ranch and my plan is to fix what is fixable and rebuild the rest. It won't be easy but with a bit of luck and a lot of hard work we will have the ranch back to it's former glory in no time.
In this episode of the renovating an abandoned ranch series we are cleaning up the entrance to the ranch before heading to the shops to buy a few tools that will help us move forward. We are also building a small coup for the chickens that we have on the ranch.

dont take down the garage it acts as a self made pig pen early on and will allow you to make money quickly. This helps a lot as most of the time people cant build barns right away. You can earn good sums of money by finding the side missions on the map. You can help the old man and there is an older woman farmer that has missions too that will get you some quick cash for getting your piggies if that's what you want to do.
One more thing to keep in mind when building barns for cows and pigs etc....your grain silos and water windmills cover a certain area so its aways best when planning your barns to keep them close together so you don't have to build multiple silos and water windmills for each barn as they are some of the most expensive things in the game

Pretty sure you need a rooster for fertilized eegs 😊 If you Pick an fertilized eeg up the chicken will Charge you last time i played No need to buy some expensive machine

Lol, you do yes. Couldn't remember if the game was set up that you needed a rooster when I started playing this again. 🤣
i like this game..
So I recently discovered that while you can only build on your own land, the same does not apply for cutting trees. Ergo, I can chop down trees anywhere! And I do Muah-ha-ha!

FYI you need a rooster to make eggs fertile so there is no point in getting the machine as you have no rooster. All of the eggs they lay will be just eggs

It's actually pretty good now. I remember sinking a few hours into it when it released but got bored pretty quick. It seems to have quite a bit more to it now so will see how we go. 😁👍🏻

Uhm, don't you need a rooster for fertile eggs? I don't know much about the game but...
