Renovate an old house, it took 8 months to rebuild into a huge villa
Having a large and open suburban land available, Mr. Lu Huan and his wife, after a long career in Shanghai, decided to return to their hometown to renovate their parents' old house into a villa to enjoy the beauty. freshness of nature.
Mr. Lu Huan and his wife were born and raised in Chong Ming Island. Together they attended University in Shanghai. After 20 years of graduation, they have their own house in the city center.
In 2016, the two decided to use their parents' 1000 square meter land in the countryside, renovating the old house into a white villa with modern beauty. The total cost of construction, design and interior finishing is about 2 million yuan, equivalent to 6.7 billion dong.
Spacious villa built in contemporary architecture. The surrounding space is all plants and nature. Therefore, Mr. Lu Huan did not miss the peaceful beauty of that countryside, building dozens of windows in every corner so that people could easily look at the sky and enjoy the fresh air.

I wonder why you guys don't use a wheelbarrow instead of those tiny baskets that carry only a small fraction in order to move that vast amount of rubble.

I like a lot this kind of videos. They are very instructive. There is a lot to learn. But... No English subtitles. So I don't understand anything... Too bad. But I'll watch them anyway.
