In preparation for sale, the following work was performed by Mercedes-Benz:
- B Service.
- New fluids.
- New filters.
- New sparkplugs.
- Transmission service.
- Differential service.
- Radiator service.
- Brake fluid flush.
- New paddle shifters.
- New washer fluid pump.
- New wiper blades.
- New Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires all around. Balanced and aligned.
Only NEW components were used to enhance driving dynamics and the experience behind the wheel of this AMG Black Series.
Work performed by RENNtech included:
1. RENNtech hand-built, ceramic-coated stainless-steel headers. Improved exhaust flow and latent heat reduction. Factory headers included with sale.
2. RENNtech Second Generation carbon fiber air box. Custom made for this vehicle; this beautiful air box improves engine air flow into the engine. Factory air box and AMG filters included with sale.
3. High-performance filters. A must-have to supplement RENNtech's carbon fiber box.
4. RENNtech ECU upgrade. For improved ignition timing and optimized air/fuel ratios.
5. RENNtech Speedhsift transmission valve body upgrade (aka "throttle blip"). The ultimate performance upgrade for the CLK63 AMG Black Series, it allows for smoother and quicker gear engagement.
6. RENNtech performance brake upgrade. Braided steel lines and high-performance pads for more consistent brake pedal feel and reduced brake fading.
7. Power steering pressure line upgrade. Improved road feedback and quicker response.
8. RECARO Pole Position seats. Made in Germany, the RECARO Pole Position was the standard seat for Euro-spec CLK63 AMG Black Series cars. They offer 50 lbs. of combined weight savings, while matching factory fit and finish. Factory seats included with sale.
9. EvoSport Gen II roll cage; finished on Porsche's Speed Yellow (12G). The last NEW EvoSport cage available in the USA, possibly the world, it was made exclusively for the CLK63 AMG Black Series. Weights only 42 pounds after powder coating.
10. Schroth 4-point racing harness. Made in Germany, these are factory equipment for Mercedes-AMG Customer Race Cars. They are also supplied to racing teams on the German Touring Car Championship, NASCAR and others.
11. New driveshaft flex disks.
12. New rear axle shaft.
13. New rear differential seals.
