Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "kidney failure in the elderly prognosis" for a while now, and I think this has helped. I am grateful for this video. ONE MINOR CORRECTION though. Angiotensin II (MAINLY acts of the EFFERENT arterioles) although angiotensin II constrict both, AAAfferent and EEEfferent, it preferentially constrict Efferent arterioles. One way I remember the mechanism of action of ACE inhibitors, is by remembering "A"-->Angiotensin II "C"--> constrict "E"--> Efferent. Other than that, Thank you very much for this easy to grasp explanation. Have a lovely day! :)
