Well explained video . I also recently installed LED H7 6000k with fan, for low beam from AMASHI. After fitting, there is no space left between LED and protective housing cover, resulting in rubber cover surface is getting very hot. Pl. Comment is this can be a source of burning vehicle. Is this safe to use. I have also installed LED from crystal eye with fan ,for high beam. It has sufficient space between LED and protective housing cover. Pl. Comment.

Wire cutting and using non-commercial grade wiring kits can lead to mishaps. You get universal rubber housing cover from Amazon with bigger space and can replace the stock cover.

@70ies have you installed CrystalEye Led H1 for Renault Triber? How did it fit properly? Mine is getting touched at the headlight housing

Make a cut in protective cover so the fan is outside and the Led unit gets sufficient ventilation

Thank you but the fan is housed inside and has gap for ventilation , also making a cut in protective cover will bring in dust and water in the long run :-)

yes you can install any Halogen / LED / HID not more than 55 watts as stock wiring cannot not handle more wattage

I purchased Blaze 64w with copper(or alluminium) plate for heat dissipation (no fan). Bulb holder closed with rubber cover for preventing dust, is it make any problem for heat dissipation from bulb?. 2 bulb cost is Rs4500/- H7.( I feel cost is high, is it right?)

Yes without a cooling fan the heat will increase and may burn the housing. It's always good to buy with fan

@@farhanahmad7771 Triber stock halogen have very poor visibility especially in Highways as such LED has better lumens and throw is better for improved sight hence LED is preferred and all major Car Companies these days use LED / Laser lights
