Its so annoying that when you declined the thing to make this video later you couldnt get it. I mean maybe you can sell the one you have and do the thing? idk will that work or will you lose the car fully so your choice if you want to try doing that or no but when i joined the game to do it it said "Claim this spec for free or complete the quest to customize" or something like that. Edit: Now that I think about it, it told you that you didnt accept the quest and cant do it so if you sell the car you might lose it forever.
