Will this work on active alarm?

Hello I have a Renault 3 which won’t start at all. I only have one key which isn’t programmed, would this OBD tool fix my constant red light flash. Or will I have to go to the dealership for new codes. Thanks

As a non starter , we would probably say get it properly diagnosed before you start playing with keys.

Can this be done the same way on a mk2 clio ?

it should delete all keys, then you have to add all

Maybe a dumb question but is that a blank key ? Can I cut a then code the blank key in like this or does the key have to be programmed to be the same as the other key ? We have one but the buttons are broken so I’m having to climb in and out the passenger side 😂😂

Or does the car program the keys with the device ? I’m a bit lost here ahaha but I’m assuming that’s the case ?

As with most Renaults, you can code in a blank and you can recode a key previously used with the vehicle. The only thng you cant do is code in a key that has previously been coded to a different vehicle.

@@FobFixJust purchased one , sadly you had no fobs so I assume I can use one with the right chip as shown in the video? , also my dad has a Renault modus and wondered if this works the same with that or does it require another coder. Cheers again for the help
