The rear bulb in the Clio 3 (for side light / brake light) is the '380' type bulb.

No sorry, we don't have that information.

The 2nd torx screw down from the top, I tried to remove just turns on the captive part at the back so I am stuffed.So can't get the light cover off, unless I break it.

You may be able to drill/grind off the screw head carefully, so you can avoid having to replace the light unit.
