I want to recuperate more for recharging the battery but then realized past video its not necessary even counter productive in terms of fuel consumption.

@@JRCarReviews exactly! that’s why some car magazines have higher fuel consumption. It’s misleading. I work at Toyota in Germany and this is a very common user mistake.

In my defense I am Tesla owner and I prefer full regeneration and one pedal drive. I realized on a longer journey how car is really acting in B regarding engine and consumption.
