Just feeling like making a list of all the samples from this amazing album lmao, this wouldn't be possible without the help of the whosample site, the r/lapfoxtrax subreddit and randoms posting the song lyrics on weird websites, lol.
If there is a song I missed, please comment it below! I will update the list as soon as possible.
To keep the description clean, I will leave the full list here:

Oh wow I never would've thought that "Sean Paul opens a mfin' casino" would've sampled Sean Paul and Casino Night Zone from Sonic 2
great video! not to be the "well acktually" guy, but NAMx (track 9)'s sample is also sampling Higher Love by Steve Winwood, might be interesting to add that

I cant be the only one that feels like this album (and Emmas early work/ sample music style) is way more influential and important than people give it credit for right?? Like sure they obviously weren’t the first one to come up with this sample heavy/mashup style but honestly you can DEFINITELY tell when its a LAPFOX track. I hear a LOT of artists out there today that just ooze with that Lapfox touch, know what i mean? Seriously if you listen to a bunch of newer breakcore/speedcore (and even some other electronic genres) there’s a lot of that lapfox dna sprinkled around. I really think they were ahead of their time lol Just a neat lil observation I’ve noticed through out the years. Awesome video btw! Hope ya make more.

Bruh, mayhem's eggs sounds like a modern "glitchcore playlist" song, even the art that's in the thumbnail looks pretty accurate for 2020's aesthetics. those og ferries were some creative bastards 😄😂

I'm Jamaican and this album seriously made me, I don't know it really made me feel seen and really comforted me for such a long time. Some of the songs she chose to sample are songs that you really wouldn't be exposed to unless your special interest is Jamaican music or live in an area around a Jamaican community. I still can't believe she did this it's surreal.
@Timsturbs

@@RogueError617 no doubt reanard was heavily influenced by 90s uk garage-jungle-dnb scene that has tons of ragga-reggie-dub-dancehall elements since huge amount of artists are uk jamaicans. bigup

Yes! I remember way back when Renard released a few sample packs, and those went kinda viral within internet breakcore music!! For some reason the only one I can think of off the top of my head is the "let it hit 'em", but there's so many more. Halley Labs still regularly releases MAD sample packs btw, for those interested in messing w some audio check their site
It's good seeing ppl enjoy lapfox rather than blindly hate it over some silly reason
Now I understand why previously Emma's nickname was DJ Renard, mixing 2 different songs in to one track of not the same genre probably really hard, but even then her skills were and are on a high level

Could it really be that some people knew EmmaEssex before Renard and Lapfox?
I usually only listen to edm, yet Emma is my favorite artist and a ton of their songs are sampled from all kinds of genres. There's been times where I'll hum/sing an old lapfox trax song and my friends will recognize the lyrics and assume I'm refering to the original.

even when laid out side by side, it still sounds wildly different
its genuinely interesting and intriguing to see the samples renard uses, some of them are so recognisable and iconic, while some are just obscure and feel like they appeared out of nowhere, from the very dark and unseen side of music. Idk if I'm just stupid and haven't heard of the names of these samples, or if some of these just appear from nowhere.

that's actually insanely helpful instead of looking up each song on whosampled. also, a lot of them I had no idea about, so thanks for making this :D btw it'd be handy to include timestamps in the description tho

damn idk why but everytime I listen to Renard I have this extreme gut feeling of nostalgia that makes me want to cry for some reason, sooo good
How does this stuff get made like u just here a song on the radio and think “I GOTTA put this in a mashup” 😭
The "I've gotta get more cryptic samples" game begins. Very informative video thanks c:
I wish this existed when I was a teenager 😂 found a lot of the samples by myself but this still lists samples I didn't find to this day! thanks a lot :)

Johnny Cash is my favorite breakcore artist
It's crazy how much nostalgia this gives me, realizing I first listened to this album over a decade ago. Renard's early stuff was what got me into music for the first time, and going through and discovering all these other songs back in the day really broadened my musical tastes. A few of these really eluded me just because they were so stretched or had so many effects on it or just straight up aren't even from western culture! This video was really cool, I hope you do more of these because early Lapfox is like my childhood, lmao
this is fucking awesome
everytime i hear one of these samples in the wild i cant help but think of this album
8:14 oh i remember spend so much time trying to figure out what hes singing.. surprisingly i did and found the original.. have to say renard has good taste in music
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO HOLY SHIT
goated video, i went through a rabit hole trying to find all the samples in because maybe and other renard albums / tqbf albums. IT WAS INSANE. Thanks for making a compilation!
I highly highly HIGHLY enjoyed this. I know it was tons of work, but I definitely hope you make more of these breakdowns of Renard's(Halleylabs) music!

listening through early lapfox-halley can be a bit of a treat since it usually gives me a good rabbit hole to explore and find new stuff to listen to through. i'd definitely love to see more of these tracklist deconstructions for some of their other albums [ancient artifact, panic protocol, it's murder, you name it lol]
Dude, make more of this stuff about lapfox, i love this
Hey you should make more of these I LOVE old school Ren
The line "go to the party" is also a Yo Gabba Gabba sample
Thank you so much for making this

Oh wow- I love this video, it's super well put together!! I didn't know a lot of these! Thank youuuu
I hope you do more of these in the future! This is really good

Hey there! Just wanted to thank you for this video
ahhh please do more of these!!
THANK U SM 4 THIS!!!! WE NEED MORE SAMPLE VIDS LIKE THIS
Great vid man, i bearly knew any of this, I knew he used samples but never knew what
Thank you for this! Some of these samples sounded so good so I wondered what the originals sounded like!
Thanks for sharing! Renard does a hell of a good job with mixing and remixing samples
This is such a great video, I love the amazing range of samples that Renard can put together into one coherent piece of music.
This is so fucking cool!! There's so many, it's so interesting to see how the album has so many different genres sampled into one I always wondered where some of these originate from, finding it out is fun xD
Omg thank you so much for this, what a trip
Awesome vid!! I always wonder what was sampled in different songs by Renard! Like you said, TOO MANY!! x)
I love this thank u omg
Omg, please do more of these. Been listening for a decade now and never knew what half of these were.
Having someone go and do this is really special. For the last decade I've been slowly finding Renard samples, and when I find the songs my favorite creator used it lights up my life!!! When I first found chu chu lovely I was genuinely speechless but so excited!!
Thank you so much for thos video!
I feel like I needed a video like this for YEARS but, now that it exists, I sorta regret watching it because nothing beats the feeling of recognizing the source of a Renard sample years later in random media. But hey, great job my dude!
if you make the descision to make more content like this, i'll have that bell on waiting :) seriously, this is awesome, i'd love to see more
wait holy shit that was crazy train in the entire world??? i've been listening to both for like 6 years and i had no idea!
Great video!!!
Woah, never thought I'd a video in this format again

thank you! this video very useful!

Holy shit i never thought i would see someone break down this album's samples
Thank you so much. You know, i'm glad that people are giving "core-suffix" music another try. Lapfox Trax was literally my LIFE back in the early 2010s.
Goated for this, u should make more! No pressure though
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Thats so awesome :D congratz but i needed to double check the song NAMx and im pretty sure there is another sample in there that you missed. Its right between the sample of gettin high and Limb by limb, its from Marvelous cain Hitman the main vocal sample or maybe i am wrong not sure. anyway very good work. Like and sub is there :D

Please the Atomizer album!!! Pretty good work
Awesome!
MAXIMUM THE HORMONE MENTIONED!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 (Came here just cuz I was shocked to hear them sampled in a lapfox trac)
Thank you
love how amen brother is introduced 3 minutes into the video
This video is amazing, you just demonstrated Lapfox's expertise in sampling music extremely well. Also, what the hell is that at the end of the video? I can't see it pretty clearly
Good stuff
Many of these I knew already but also many were new and surprising. I obviously recognized the voice samples used in the song, but I totally didn't realize it was Crazy Train being used to make the beat, that's mind blowing!!!
thanks !!
Could've sworn I heard Deadmau5's "Arguru" in "With Me" but whatever. Still a cool video! NAMx is such a wild song wow...
