I had a 7mm stage 2 renal carcinoma removed on my left kidney on June 24th. The tumor was 4 cm and and the cancer was removed with a 1 MM margin with no spread outside the kidney. It was done robotic and I was released from the hospital after a 2 night stay. I am now trying to get my strength which will take a few weeks at least. I am a 68 year old male and feel confident that I will recovery completely!

Thank you! My Dr. explained a lot and drew pictures as well. But I was a bit shell-shocked and didn't really take it in. I had L Nephrectomy on June 1st and it was Stage 2 PRCC. I am just now feeling like I am understanding it better. This video really helped me focus on what is going on and gave me some ideas for future approach if the 3 month scans indicate any further masses! I appreciate you!

Great tutorial and easy to understand I have RCC stage 4 and I started immune therapy in January and it’s working I’m feeling great, also a great help is that I’m using also a combination of Holistic/alternative medicine: I V Ozone therapy and IV vitamin C 25 ml. When I started the immunotherapy I continued with my holistic therapy because is helping me no to get side effects and is working next week I will be having an EMR and the CT scan and I will know exactly how well are these two therapies are working 🙏💜

@@anagha3125same boat here. I feel terrified. My mom is having extensive surgery within two months max to remove a full kidney and have several other parts of the urinary tract removed. Like urethers, bladder parts and other stuff. So I am guessing it must have spread by now... To add insult to injury, my mom is a doctor, and so was my dad. I decided to not become a doctor due to everything I witnessed growing up, but of course, living with them exposed me to most of the medical jargon , so I ended up more aware of these things than I should for my own good. Again, just terrified.

How does a dr know if it’s cancer as my Dr. Said it’s not wise to do a biopsy & if cancer it can spread outside of the kidney. Had CT & DYE contrast & found upper Tubial mass on upper kidney. He’s not the surgeon but recommends complete ablation?! I’ve read biopsies are performed for fear of cells escaping; so how does cancer get diagnosed?! Dr. or can anyone answer this? Thx u & blessings 🙏

Mine was diagnosed as it had a visible blood supply so there was no dubiety that it was cancerous, I think they said 99% sure. I would not get a biopsy. I’ve read too much about seeding
