Busking in Brighton, England was what Ren did prior to 'temporarily' moving to Canada for treatment. By 'temporarily' I mean the stay has been more than a year longer than initially anticipated. The Brighton busking was from 2017 to 2022 with the band he was part of, other collaborations or solo like now. This may have been one of his usual places to sing live. Yep, this is how he made his living! Busking allowed him to work when he he was feeling well. Flexible days and hours. A lot of people thought he was well then and sick now. But he had a lot of symptoms then that he worked around. Now he is in treatment 5 days a week with fluctuating reactions to the treatnent. He has really blown up on Yoy Tube since he has started treatment. It's a weird journey to witness.
