@@undrwtrbsktwvn1110 My crew have done it in less than 2 hours. But we pull and install engines left and right so we got very efficient at it.

Oregon has a combination of F-15C and a few F-15D that redeployed stateside after a squadron was deactivated in Japan, no F-15E Strike Eagles are stationed in Oregon.

I'm surprised to see USA F-15 fighterjet pilots wearing prescription glasses I always thought one could not be allowed to be fighterjet pilots in USA unless one had perfect eyevision WITHOUT any eye-correction (wear) but, later on: maybe allowed for civilian aircraft pilots in USA

You took like 4 different clips from different squadrons and put them together, the pilots definitely don't test the engines after an install...US ENGINE GUYS DO.

We always check nozzles any time we start and engine. We open and close them multiple times during a launch, but it's a part of launch and has nothing to do with engine removal or installation

Those engines are not worth that much, they're around $4M
