Removing Mud Dauber Stains from Stucco

At Doug Ruckers Pressure Cleaning School and at our Houston Texas Pressure Washing company this how we teach removing mud dauber stains from surfaces. We actually hand clean them, using water and scrub brush. This removes every trace of the mud dauber stains that is left after you have removed the large nest part. Too often times we see homes that have been damaged by inexperienced pressure washing guy's that try to use pressure to remove them. Not only does this cause damage to the surface but it also does not remove the entire stain.

I have to clean these off of some antiques that I've been wanting to sell without messing them up. What a pain in the butt.

Some of my houses in the country has hundreds of Mud Dobbers. Some 2-3 stories at the eves on stucco. I can't get the last 10 - 20% of the mud off even with a DST / 10gpm. I need some kind of chem that will melt them off. I have shot Cleansal bc and Red Raider with no success.

Usually averages between 75$-150$ depending on how many they are, the surface, and accessibility.

Must be a fresh nest, I've hit them direct with pressure washer and stain remains. Suggest don't talk while making noise (like scrubbing) , hard to understand.

That’s why we hand scrub. Direct pressure doesn’t get the shadow stain and can also damage surface.

The dirt comes from the stain. If you look to the right of the stain, you can see that it's getting wet there, too, and that is is clear.
