After 5 months of constructing/gluing on the Assembly Jig the carbon fiber structure of END-CAP 2 is now ready for further constructing work outside the cleanroom
Two digital weighing scales are mounted between the lifting straps
With this two weighing scales, the forces are measured to prevent damage due to gluing to the Assembly Jig
Due to the limited lifting height, an extra lifting-step is required so the CF structure is temporary placed on 20 cm high blocks
To place the CF structure on a transport trolley the lifting straps need to be again re-positioned
Horizontal rotation is needed to pass through the cleanroom exit
At the end, the two END-CAPs are side by side in the Nikhef Assembly-room
