I worked for Panda Express for about 13 years and I was BOH chef . The manager would always ask me to change the burner but at first I was nice enough to change it. After I’ve noticed that the manager was taking my kindness for weakness so I had to stop helping completely. They were using me to save money . So my question is it against the he law for them making me do this type of work if I wasn’t certified for the job cuz I was only there to cook for them .

I have a question Sir? If the flame is on then you put frying pan then the flame is automatically off then what's the problem?
