    Thanks for the video, love the exercises. Have to get used to texting differently now. I don’t want to look like a turkey for thanksgiving. I’m 55 no wrinkles on my face no gray hair either. My neck shows my age and I don’t like it at all. Will continue to do exercises and check out your other videos

    Actually a better one is to buy a small rubber football underneath your neck and press down 20 times in the morning, slowly and repeat in the evenings and pretty soon you will notice big changes, do not force this though or you may pull the muscle..

    May I ask how old you are? I'm over 40 and my husband of 20yrs left me 3yrs ago. I always looked younger than I was but this traumatic event has aged me. I barely recognize myself. I gained 20+ pounds and now premedopausal. The picture on my profile was right before my devastation. I need some self confidence. It's been very difficult. The sagging chin and jowels seemed to come overnight. Also, do you have better results if the sagging is new? Thank you for your videos. I just came across them and now you have a new subscriber.

    Ideally twice a day; the first thing in the morning and right before going to bed. When you practice the FYM poses in the morning, it wakes up the facial muscles and makes you more aware of facial movements throughout the day. Most of us develop unfavorable muscle practices, i.e. frowning. Practicing the FYM in the morning can help to break bad facial habits. Practicing the FYM before going to bed helps to reset the muscles you used during the day and to relax not only the face muscles, but the mind and prepare you to have a nice peaceful sleep. If you find it hard to practice the poses in the morning, practice them throughout the day. Some of the poses you can practice while you are driving, cooking, watching TV and even in the shower! Try to make it into an everyday habit.
