Important Note - If you are using a Xiaomi phone, you need to enable USB debugging (security settings) as well to make the connection smooth. It's different from the normal USB debugging. Also pm uninstall --user 0 should work for most android phones. If the above command does not work, try the disable command pm disable-user

Are you sure that the apps data is removed as well? I actually read in one of the articles that the apps will still be stored in the system folder. The PM uninstall method or the command just freezes the app and the app actually is in a frozen state in the background

Yes you are right.. most of the apps will stay in the system but in a disabled state so they won't use any permissions. Completely removing the app would require root.

I hope you followed all the steps properly because I'm also using a Samsung phone in this video. Try to disable everything and restart your phone, start from the beginning. Enable notification permissions properly, disable battery restrictions and enable autostart. If nothing works, let me know on insta..

If your phone is running on Android 10 and below it won't have wireless debugging. I think there is a method to use wireless debugging on Android 10 or below but it requires a PC. So it's better if you use a different method like adb otg (using two Android devices) or adb app control (using a PC).

Some apps are going to be removed permanently and will give you more storage (they will not come back after a new phone update) but there are certain apps that stay in the system but in a disabled state (they will not send any notifications or may not run in the background as well). Regarding the storage and battery capacity, you will get some additional storage after removing the apps not related to the android system and your battery will also improve a little bit..

You might be trying to delete any system related app (that cannot be deleted via adb). Try to disable it..

yeah wireless debugging is officially supported in android 11 plus devices. If you have a second android phone, you can use an application called ADB OTG (available on Playstore) and that will help you remove bloatware.

Depends on the app you are trying to delete and the commands you are using (some core apps cannot be deleted, try the disable command). After you root your phone, there are some apps like package manager/app manager that will help you completely remove the apps and you don't need any commands (you just need to give root access to these apps). But rooting a phone has some drawbacks like banking apps won't work straight out of the box, you need a long process to make them work.. if you are not familiar with that, I would recommend using the method that's shown in this video..

This method is not going to work on any device running on Android 10, but if you don't want to use a PC, you can use 2 different android devices + an application called ADB OTG (you will need one cable and one OTG adapter)

It should work in your phone, you might be missing any step in the beginning. Try to check if you are following everything. Sometimes it takes time to connect, but you should be able to do it..

Hi bro.. it should be there If your phone is running on Android 10 or below then it will not have wireless debugging..

This is step by step! If you are not able to uninstall, then you are doing something wrong or you are trying to delete any app that shouldn't be deleted.

It is not uninstalling for me and it is sad I use a Infinix phone and it is saying failed

It should work on every phone, but some apps cannot be deleted because of system restrictions. Try to disable the apps.

Steps are similar for miui.. but under developer options you need to enable one additional setting called usb debugging security settings.

I tried this and all apps worked connection and setup wise but aShell can't remove apps. No matter what command I use. I tried every "uninstall" one, tried to manually type package name. My phone is Nokia G60 5G so maybe commands don't work for that model?

May be you are using a phone running on Android 10 and below, wireless debugging is supported by Android 11 + phones.

There is a method with shizuku but leave that for now, download this opensource app github.com/2bllw8/anemo/releases/download/v2.6.0/app-release.apk This should give you access to the native files app for android, just check if you are able to access anything with this..
