oh...it´s not easy, there are a lot to do, people are confused, many screens, many installations to configure. I think Google team needs to simplify that...I tried to explain people by voice to help them to configure and than i could acess their computers, but they fail.

After you set up the computer to be remoted into "this device", I expected you to go to a different computer and show how to remote control into "this computer" you just configured. That is missing, unless I'm just not understanding what you're saying. You just went off to connect to some other computer. What do you install or load on the computer that will be remoting into "this device".

Nahhhh i feel bad for your children, and it shows a pop up on the PC you remotely connect to do your kids will know.

Can the remote desktop be online always

Not sure if it can be always online, if you try it and it works let us know. I know that I had to change the settings so that the computer I needed to connect to didn't go into stand by or turn off, so it was always on. Then I would be able to connect and disconnect from it whenever I wanted to.

Do I need to have same email address on both pc or it doesn't matter

I believe you should just enter the same pin from your computer to your phone

The Reason why i was doing this is because my parents can't stand it when I was packing my setup everytime when we are going Home to work and work to home type of Movement, So Thank god that there's this Cloud Thing that you can do to order to still be able to be on your computer with all the saves and programs without having to sign in With the other PCS, Funny enough that I Even was Showing it to my parents long ago and they were a bit not buying it, but still could've work out if we are at home, they can still work on their stuff even tho their computer is at work

Why not use Any desk?

Why not use Parsec?

There is no 'This Device' when I scroll down, and when I click on where it says my desktop name, it asks me for a pin. None of these tutorials ever work.

You have to create a pin on your computer. so then if It ask you a pin on your phone you can enter that pin

BS, installed it on a computer in the next room, went to another computer, logged in with he same google account. The video oversimplifies the process and fails to fully explain how to make it work. Useless video.

so much complications, you have to install many programs before being able to do something and not guarantee it works in the end. Not worth the effort, use teamviewer instead

TeamViewer is quite shit these days. I've stumbled many times it nagging "business" use if I haven't frequently used connection. There's something very iffy about their "autoban" system. It's good though if you pay for it. These days I only use it at work and it's quite good. But for non business use. Hard pass.

@@jothain went through the same shit and then asked for assistance to get all the TeamViewer ID I want to access and state it's for personal use and it's now working. I find Google Remote Desktop too complicated for my mum to understand what to at distance
