what are you using it for then ? you know you can end up in jail verry easily just for messing around with hacking tech when you arent a hacker. this isnt a toy its a tool for ethical hackers and tech people . all these comments will be used against you in court some day i bet lol

If a store shows the court video of you hacking their pa system it will count as breaking the hacking laws even of you didnt steal anything... Im npt crying im laughing at all the skiddies doing crimes on camera that they think are light misdemeanors but are actually crimes that can get you jailed

I followed your recent video from 2 weeks ago about setting up the flipper zero from scratch but now I don't see any universal remote options to control a tv. How do I get those files? I only have roku tv remote and that worked but I want a universal remote through the IR.

For some reason I just can't get this system to work I've been trying to do a hunter fan light and no matter how much I send it on read raw it does not turn on and off the fan and when I try to do the regular read function it doesn't save it

A while back i read an article about how pentesters had shown how a laser or even ir beam could be used to issue voice commands to google home and alexa devices. Would love to find a way to convert wav files to ir .. could be a very interesting use of flippers ir remote functions..

They actually can use ultra sonic commands that the voice controlled alexa etc will hear/listen/obey/etc but cannot be heard by the human ear. I've wondered if the ultra sonic distance board can be used in this manner. Giving a personal assistant/smart home silent instructions would be a hell of a party trick.

Hey man, love the videos, can't wait to get my flipper. I plan on coming back to learn more. This is just IMO, too many distractions when you're showing us useful information. I find my eyes going to the pop-ups instead of what you are trying to show us.

Just because I have t he files, doesn't mean I use t hem! Most custom firmwares come with bundles of IR/SugGhz/badUSb files and it's up to the end user to use them or not!

Hi, in that case what is the difference between a raw reading and a standard reading that is supposed to recognize a protocol? Can the raw reading be polluted with other waves? Radio frequencies is clearly not my background, but why (as communicated in the forums) some people are not abe to replay the raw reading for emulating their source remote? They do submit the raw reading in the forums (with the corresponding FCC attributes of the targeted remote), and more specialized people do extract for them the right codes. @Talking Sasquach, it would be amazing to explain these concepts in a future video since most of the users will hit that wall eventually i.e: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nIKdj62ldre8m9o.html) Thanks for your time invested in this channel!

I would like to see where I can get rewritable RFID cards, all the ones that the Flipper can use, at a good price, in the US, and I would like to see how you can clone them. I see they can be pricey, and I never had experience cloning them with the Flipper.

I wonder if you could make the Flipper zeros screen touch screen so you could make the names faster rather than using a control

The reason you weren’t able to get the read feature to work is simply due to the fact you were using it incorrectly 🤦🏾‍♂️ You would need to know more about the radio frequency information for the device you where trying to capture. In the case of your remote…. The modulation standard it was using. Oof 😅

theres a plugin for sub-ghz called subghz brute forcer i really wanna see how that works if you need a link i can send

I like how every Flipper Zero review I’ve watched is like “there are so many more things you can do with this than just IR” but like that’s the only demonstration I keep seeing. The Flipper Zero seems very underwhelming for $169. It’s a glorified universal remote. “Ooo hey I popped open a Tesla charging port teeheehee” yeah, no thanks.
