The work never ends. That tractor made jobs easier, but it made so many new jobs possible. It actually added to the work. 😀 Never ending process. Both of you take a little break, and do something fun. Unless you are having fun with the work. I know summer is short, just don't wear yourself's out.

It never ends, Terry😂 Yeah I actually enjoy doing the work and the best part is, if I feel like not doing anything that day, I just take a chill day. Actually this whole week we are taking off and spending with our son and Ashley. They only have a little bit of time left before they head back to college. Have a great week Terry.

That was nice of you to show everyone your living area and your plans for everything. I know in some ways you want people to see what's going on but it also seems like it's getting into your personal space. I know a lot people on YT don't like to show they're homes. But I want to thank you as it really puts into perspective all the work you've got going on. Just what your doing outside is amazing but very time consuming. Thanks again for sharing your life. Wish I was a little younger lol.

To be honest Mark we started filming this stuff as a video journal for ourselves. Then noticed people had subscribed. Then more came. I still make videos that showcase what we did that day or week. One day when we are old and can’t do this we can revisit a time when we could. So I want to be able to see and remember what my bed room looked like. You guys get to come along for the ride if you like. 👍 I appreciate you comment and thank you for watching. Have a great day.

Roundabouts are getting more popular all over now. New England States I believe we're the first to have them I live on the Adirondacks and we have them (not far from Vermont). Love your property smaller house easier to heat. Ours is 900 sq ft and heat with wood nice & toasty. My daughter & her husband renovated one room at a time saved enough to redo their kitchen all done with cash and now after 10 years their house is done and still young enough to enjoy their hard work. Blessings to you both. 😎🇺🇸

Awesome. Maybe I’ll be your neighbor someday. I lived on a boat out of Auke Bay and anchored in North Pass a lot to hang out and to Halibut fish. I have friends that are building a cabin in Funter Bay and a couple more that have cabins on Admiralty Island. I miss Alaska so much. Worked the bush for 20 years as helicopter mechanic and now I am a full time outdoor writer and website designer. My wife and I are Thinking about at least having a summer cabin somewhere in Alaska. I look forward to watching your videos.

That’s awesome. It’s funny, some people like watching Alaska videos, and I do too, I like watching sailing videos. People who full time sail around the world. That’s fascinating to me. The cabin my wife’s family grew up going to on Admirality is on its last relative before it goes back to the state. Southeast Alaska is such a beautiful place, especially when it’s sunny, I just try to do it justice. Thanks for watching Ken.

Love the rock work behind the wood stove. Looks like a super cozy place! Mine is similar size, 20x24 but yours looks bigger. I really enjoyed the walk through video today of your 'cabin' , as you refer to it. I really like your new entry area and see it will free up some space for things currently in your Living Room. Your Living Room and Kitchen area is quite spacious and comfortable! The wood stove and view out your windows is beautiful. Being involved in a complete remodel at the moment, I can appreciate living in a construction area AND doing more towards completion as the funds are available. People ask me when things will be complete as well. Perhaps others are wealthy or don't mind taking out a loan? As long as you've got the essentials, the rest can come in time. What did you say the future addition next to the kitchen was going to be? Thanks for today's tour! Your home and plans for the future are great.

Hey Jeffrey, glad to here I’m not the only one with tools laying around the house.😂 Next years addition is going to be the new kitchen. We were going to put the kitchen in a different spot but it’s just the two of us and I think of we keep this footprint smaller it will be easier for us as far as building and heating. We may build a downstairs bedroom for when we get older and don’t want to mess with the stairs anymore. That’s the game plan at least. Thanks for the comment. Hope you have a great day.
