Your builds are fine and thank you for the tip about swaping weapons. You forget something realy import about shotguns, their are items which can reduce their dispersion.

@@Street_Cyberman It's called the Iskal Hunter Band; reduces all spread by 40% But there is an even better accessory for shotguns: Hunter's Halo.. increases your effective range by 6 meters. Shotguns become abysmal past its effective range, and Hunter's Halo fixes that. If you want, you can even equip both Iskal Hunter Band and Hunter's Halo for the best shotgun experience.

@@graog123 some of these items are only obtainable in HARDCORE mode, a mode not everyone has played or wants to play. Thus some items are unusable and if it's a core item then yeah... First build uses the Empowering Loop, which is hardcore only

Way late to this. Just revisiting old memories after the Remnant 2 announcement. For the sniper build I actually run the butcher's crossbow. Take the +25% on low health enemies necklace, which works on bleed btw, and you'll easily one-shot damn near everything. Plus then you can take the heal on bleed ring as a bonus for unlimited heals. It does sickening headshots with primary fire close range and most adds get melted by body shots. It's also surprisingly good crowd control! Mod knocks down most specials and the primary will stagger adds on only one bolt, so aim to hit multiple with the spread.

I like the crit spam set with the beam rifle the damage is crazy. Gunslinger, heart seeker ring and of course use those frenzy dusts. + amesome fight agaisnt the dream eater man never seen someone absolutely destroy him like that!

Another good ring for one shot setup is hunters band. Increases ranged dmg by 10% and weak spot damage by 20%.

Could you do the shotgun swapper build with other weapons like the hive cannon or the particle accelerator?

Two 1 shot weapons seem dangerous to me. I like having something to deal with swarms or stuff like Ixillis wisps.

I like to use the radiant build with the +weakspot dmg amulet for clearing and brutal mark for bosses, also use the +15% dmg ring and the band of thorns, almost every hit will be a crit, and since the typewriter hits are always small, I dont like the devouring loop that much. I think that it works better with things with big numbers for a chance ona hit kills like the particle accelerator mod, or maybe a weakspot crit

What do you think of running Provisioners Ring with radiant so you don’t have to reload as much making it easier to keep up your Momentum Stacks even without swarm?

The slayer armor actually gives you the 30% damage bonus for 10 seconds after you reload your guns, not just for the first shot after reload. I thought it was the other way around myself for awhile and always used the sporebloom with it, but you can technically use anything.

For the shotgun swapper, do you need to have weapon swap speed in some way incorporated into the build or does it not really matter?

It matters because you're swapping weapons all the time (after every shot). I don't know why a person would make that build and not try to increase their weapon swap speed. Tactically, it's the recoil animation that is canceled, not the weapon swap speed.

I decided to take a break from monster hunter but what do you know... still gotta watch Phem's video...

Particle accelarator + any gun with slot so you equip the explosive mod + Galenic charm + devouring loop + ring of supremacy + radiant set. Traits: Everything that gives crit and dmg boost and explosion dmg (both gravity core). Result: Around 3.5-5 k of damage per gravity core and 1/3 k of dmg per explosive shot. ONLY if your Devouring loop crit didn't proc, cuz Gravity shot can one shot pretty much anything or leave them at half hp in the upper difficulties. I swear, that the P.A. is completly busted.

I think the only same build is the sniper or crossbow slayer build.. shame i like the ex cultist build but they changed the armor perk

my boss set is beam rifle with osseus armor and then everything else is based on what the boss is and what works best against it.

Crossbow will deal better dps Vs Sniper because of its faster reload speed.

Crossbow is also a projectile while the sniper is hit scan. This will cause your shots to miss weak spots in a lot of cases if enemies are moving unless you lead your shots. In some cases miss targets all together. It also has half the effective range and has lower damage. In the vast majority of cases, the sniper is superior.

I use slayer armor, do you think still same setup is best? I use it with crossbow and pistol tho, but rings are same emp loop + balance/dev loop is best?

Rene Diaz oh boi, he did some boss kill videos with just melee. Also yeah, that fire sword is pretty good.

I think the Sniper Rifle and the Hunter's Pistol are both break-action.

How do you get Glowing Fragments from bosses? Is it random? I've gotten 5 from Ixillis when helping a friend but I never got any after that. I've only gotten them from Survival, which I'd rather not play all the time to get them.

Bandit setup if hilariously fun but having to rely on not consuming ammo is a gamble on some bosses.

Did they change the Letos armor set bonus? On the remnant wiki it doesnt say anything about additional 15% damage to enemies targeting the wearer.

Take my advice look for videos that are at least 6 months old or more recent. They have changed a lot of the wording on armor sets and gear in general and nerfed a lot of things.

Damage Over Time

I tryed the last boss energy shotgun with the marauder set(the newb set) for early adventures. It does really good damage(it shreds bosses if you have time to alt fire then fire) but in multiplayer my mates felt trolled by my setups on elites and it is pretty commit compared to other builds. I'm swithing toward high rate of fire radiant playstyle now. Sniper stuffs are very strong in this game most of the time. However I'd recommend at least a faster hitting weapon for some boss mechanics and ease on some trash mobs.

Can anyone tell me if weapons i find in Adventure mode will enable me to use those weapons in Campaign mode?

Bleed would be my best bet. Run Polished Whetstone + Razorstone + Heros Sword so you can throw bleeds on enemies. Then use Hive Cannon and Sniper with Hunters Mark or Frost Spear for more damage and slows, last ring slot can be whatever you have honestly, Grim Coil is good for sniper, Celerity stone is my favorite though

Flop damage was bugged until a few hours ago with a recent patch. You could flop for 7k-23k depending on the setup

Bandit is only really a quality of life set, it's chance is too low these days to compete with any truly meta set. Elemental has been kicked in the teeth too, since storm amulet only works on shock weapons now, and the two shock element guns are below average at best.

Is this game fun? it looks like Dark Souls meets Borderlands, so I was interested.

Pretty fun, but if you want it to be challenging like a souls game then play on higher difficulty.

He has the Razorstone ring on with Smoulder. Razorstone gives any melee bleed on a heavy attack, and Smoulder applies Fire guaranteed on a heavy attack. Together, they apply both debuffs, which is pretty strong for DoT and Mod Power generation.

5:09 wait... you can actually dodge the scream by activating a mod!!?? WHAT!? Wish I had known that before facing Ixillis in Nightmare... Edit: Nevermind... it wasn't the scream attack... It just changed to phase 2... the animations look the same tho.

2 of the Mod power rings are not accessible at all(dlc or hardcore) and the other is dog sh*t(300%damage taken!)
