Remembering the hero of the Harriman flood of 1929

In 1929, a flood devastated a Roane County community, wiping out homes and businesses and killing more than 40 people. But many were also saved, thanks to heroes like Robert "Bob" Underwood, who died rescuing people from the rushing water.
