I remember him from my early childhood when my mother would take us to AA Allen tent meetings in Philadelphia. His singing was anointed. As a 7yr old at that time I could feel the anointing that God had placed on him to sing. Often wondered as I grew up what happened to him. Now he's singing with the angels praising God.

I loved Gene Martin, he used to do revival at my church in Philadelphia. I was 15 and he heard me sing and asked my aunt could I travel with him, she said no because I was still in school. I thank God for him seeing the gift in me and while he was on earth covering me. Rest on Uncle Gene

His music was a favorite of my mother. My mom passed away in Jan. this year and all I could think about was Gene Martin's music. I'm so happy my mom introduced her 13 kids to the music of Rev. Gene Martin. I'm one of the youngest kids, but thankful to say we grew up with Gene Martin's music. I praise God to be living during modern technology or else I wouldn’t have the opportunity to hear Gene’s voice now that he’s home in Glory! I am so glad I had the chance to meet him in person🙂

I just happened to have his his tapes and I just so happen to look online just to see what he still alive I am so sorry for your loss he was a great man he minister to us in Philadelphia at the cornerstone my mom used to love him and I used to love the piano player oh my God as a teenager I would never miss none of his revivals

I went to a revival in Macon, Ga. back in the 70`s and saw Gene along with A. A. Allen

Gene was a legend in my house and he and his band came to dad's church in Birmingham in the late '70's.

I used to play the drums for him in fort Pierce he is awesome he used to come to fort Pierce fla I miss him

Bro. Dean Martin was preaching at pastor WV Grant church in Desoto Texas 2009. He prayed for me, we hugged each other for about 2 minutes. Prayed prophetically over me. I have been in missionary field ever since. Now I am preaching and building churches in Dominican Republic. I feel that his ministry is still here working through the spiritual Impartation.

Thank you for this it's really a blessing to my soul I was just sitting here at my work desk thinking about him and the blessings he brought to the ministry when I was growing up a little girl. He will come to California to the late Bishop e c Reams Church and it was just beautiful God Rest his soul in heaven amen

I remember bro. Gene coming to our church in Detroit on an regular basis. We were blessed with anointing on his life in Word and song. Those that traveled with him came with great pleasure.
