Remembering Legendary PH Harry Selby
A salute to Harry Selby (July 22, 1925 - January 20, 2018), an icon of Safari hunting who spent over 50 years as a PH. He was revered for his deft handling of both charging rhinos and clumsy clients, and In 1951 Selby guided hunter Robert Ruark who wrote Horn of the Hunter from the experience, often credited as the greatest safari book ever written.

Ruark and Selby are the reason I had a 416 Rigby built and eventually hunted in Africa. Thank you, gentlemen.
