Remembering Bill Kelly: Land & Sea
Bill Kelly, legendary host of Land & Sea, has passed away at the age of 71. When federal cuts forced the cancellation of the show, Kelly fought to save it - and won. Rip mr. Kelly you were the best host and i m just thankful to watch these reruns of how life was and should be although I'm not from Newfoundland Labrador I'm from rural Maine USA which has so many similarities but to see these videos makes me wish I had been born 30 yrs earlier and a little bit more north and east thanks for your dedication to this show and to the people of Newfoundland Labrador
thankyou bill Kelly and the people of newfoundland and Labrador for saving LAND&SEA..i live in Saskatchewan and I've always loved this show..reminds me of home in northern Saskatchewan..rock hills and lots of water..Reindeer lake.

Today the CBC puts more into its Punjabi than it does in the English channel . The CBC became a leftist media outlet and got away from the reporting that Canadians was once proud of I no long watch the CBC because it gotten away from the people and promotes leftist views and away from the locals of small town Canada.

I totally agree it's sad what has become of our national tv broadcaster seem's they are catering to everyone but us canadian's makes me sick some of the shows they broadcast now
