No cap, Im gonna be 19 in a few days and this game was everything. I have been following cod actively but didnt play anything beyond this game. Then I got MW and well, that was it. You cant go from a game like BO2 to MW. Good times...

Bo2 had the best weapon balance

I didn't like the balance nearly as much as BO1. Without marathon pro, camping was a bit OP for the right players. And add ghost for those players. I think a well balanced CoD needs unlimited sprint. Also ideally make the perk slot for ghost also have stopping power. So if you want to hide, I'll find you and my gun will hit harder 💪🏼

@@MattPawlowski it’s the opposite. Slower play style benefited in bo1 more than bo2 because of no stock in bo1. Bo2 is more objective based because scorestreaks were harder to get with strictly kills. There were some instances of thermal scope lmg smoke cheese but that was rare.

I always loved the sound of Orbital Vsat Ready I miss this cod😭

I forgot how intimidating the warthog sounded! I always ran AGR warthog and dogs, i combined Warthog and dogs so they couldnt hide inside or outside. It was such a lethal combo

Lightning strike pre-patch was insane. That and hellstorm together were perfect low level killstreaks that had potential for multikills

Post patch was still good. Get both streaks first. Use lighting strike first then spawn kills them with hell storm. I got many 8+ kills easily especially in highjack, and Nuketown. Few times I took the entire team with the hell storm

You can predict the spawn on those maps

The higher streaks were incredible (lodestar being my favorite) but the Lightning Strike, guardian, and sentry gun were so good for Dom. Easy to cycle and the best sentry gun we have ever had

This is one of the many reasons why b01 and b02 are my favorite cod’s. Aside from the nostalgia and greatness, the score streak variety was amazing and so diverse compared to the new games out now.

The kill streaks in this game were almost perfect

The Black Ops 2 scorestreaks were so good, I ran EMP grenades by default in most of my classes.

Man I miss BO2. From the friends to the gunplay; this game was amazing.

Honestly, streaks are whats most important in a call of duty for me as its what makes the game unique. In that regard, Black Ops 2's score streaks are peefect, whereas almost every kill streak has some nitpicks to change in modern warfare.

BO2 was by far my favorite COD. they did well in this game.

Such an awesome game, since bo2 I've only played Ww2 & don't play at all now but could watch cod4, mw2, b01 & bo2 vids all day, so good man & glad people are still playing it!

The Good ole days.. When they cared about Killstreaks.. My Clan Tag was called VKS.. Vtol K9 Swarm..

I remember using sentry, agr, stealth to get better k/d, i would control the map with the killstreak and people usually would not quit. Great nostalgia nice vid

Those were my favorite streaks although I never ran that combo. Usually had one of them tho!

As someone who played Ground War a lot, I always ran Care Package, Guardian, and Sentry Gun for maximum area denial capabilities, especially in Domination. The fact that the Sentry Gun would target anyone, even those running Blind Eye, Ghost, and/or Cold Blooded, made it great for defending flags.

Always ran spy splane, counter spy plane and VSAT cuzI loved the gun play in this game, it was literally perfect. Each weapon was fun to use.

Im so glad this was on my recommended 🥺

So many good memories...an amazing game,I remember always playing nuketown hardcore with the MSMC prestige 2 and in zombies I loved the HAMR with pack a punch,it was an incredible weapon in town...now my pc broke 1 year ago and hopefully by the end of the year I can get back into gaming with an even better pc...

Non c'è niente da dire hanno rovinato il multi e zombie, questi vecchi Cod sono l'unica cosa a farmi adorare ancora la serie, rip per quando grindavo su buried su zombie con gente random e prendevo tutti i punti nella banca per trovare paralizzatore e MK2 prima degli altri e poi per il multi niente da dire An94 2 colpi il testa e via non come su bo4 che a volte tira 5 colpi da brevi distanze, i bimbi fortnite non si meritano di provare Cod simili, viviamo nella nostalgia della vecchia era di Cod

@@lucabianchi2990 avoja anche se mi triggeravo per la signora fantasma che mi rubava i soldi la mappa era si facile ma raga era stupenda a dir poco, se c'è una cosa di cui mi pento invece è di non aver praticamente giocato mob of the dead, dopo aver preso bo4 e essermi reso conto che era l unica mappa decente ci sono rimasto malissimo dentro per questo remake che gli hanno fatto, e poi anni fa in un intervista di zombie best al creatore di mob lui rispose che aveva qualcosa di speciale in mente per farla tornare, mi sa che poco dopo ha capito che non c'era molto da aggiungere o da modificare e che la zombie di Cod ha finito il suo ciclo vitale con BO2 per quanto mi riguarda

Black ops 2 worked as a CoD game with its kill streaks, somewhat or mostly based in reality. Things like the Dragonfly and the AGR, which are or can be controlled. Bringing images of small personal drones and the Goliath from world war 2. The hunter killer drone, reminding me of the planes you would pump up and spin the propeller, throwing them to make them start flying. Perhaps going after heat signatures while avoiding your own troops due to electronic id given off by the clothing.

Underrated streaks were the ones you could control on an objective like Hardpoint, Dom, or Demolition. Used to control the AGR and get like 20 kills doing so. The Death Machine on a narrow corridor like an indoor bombsite wrecked, and I could spawn trap with the dragonfire because of the sightline being out of reach for the spawns to recognize.

I always ran VSAT, Lodestar and Swarm on kill confirmed and loved every minute of it

Coming back to this video bo2 had some really good killstreaks some of my favorites so many memories with them

i almost never watch entire videos the whole way through and yet i sat through all 20 minutes of this without getting bored

Always ran UAV, hunter killer, sentry gun. Wasn’t normally able to go on a massive tear and get swarms. These kill streaks do wonders for an average players k/d.

Any remote kill streak that’s an explosive that drops on you from above or something like the hunter killer drone, used to and I swear they always went for me. Predator missiles in MW3 were another one. They’d go after me and hit the roof of the building I was hiding in. I hate top down weapons and get ptsd whenever I hear anything related to them.

That FAL and rapid fire with suppressor was so op .

Swarm stopped getting kills because eventually people would just leave and you'd have 1 kill from 1 person who stayed while the rest quit for obvious reasons. Some maps you spawned outside then got killed by the swarm and you had no time to get inside before getting killed. But these scorestreaks were so fun! I loved BO2 mostly aside from the Swarm since it was basically unplayable against it. 99% of the time you'd get spawnkilled over and over, couldn't shoot it down or protect yourself against it

Man, I remember grinding for diamond everything. I went for the knife, shield and ballistic first because I knew they’d be frustrating. Destroyed my KDR but I eventually brought it up to a 2.25 or 2.5 lifetime KDR on BO2

Stacking score streaks in BO2 was nuts. I had some 100+ kill games

I actually use to use the guardian a lot! Got many kills with it! Thanks for the memories!😁

Best combo scorestreaks in my opinion is: guardian w/sentry gun, warhog w/vtol, k9 unit w/swarm, lightning strike w/hellstorm mission, emp system w/orbital vsat w/counter uav, stealth chopper w/agr w/escort drone

Agr is my favorite killstreak of all time. In objective based game modes it’s literally and extra teammate but not a garbage one.

"On some maps like raid that reminds me on swarm and how many kills you can get with it" The only time I got a legit swarm was on raid. I got one kill with it and also one of the drones killed me instead. I was so pissed I never ran it again.

Keep making these types of videos. They’re good. Plus it seems like in the older CODs they die a lot faster with less bullets.

The hours I put into CoD4, WaW, MW2, BO1 and BO2 combined is insane. Such good times with those games. Also BF:BC2 and Battlefield 3, would like to see gameplay of them too

Nice vid I run into that Jigy kid constantly. But one thing i have noticed is that bo2 is becoming slowly playable again(on xbox one) at least for me anyway.

Dogs, Vtol, and Lodestar were the best combo, the dogs would take out all the dudes hidng indoors while you clean up with your lodestar and vtol, then by the time your vtol is done you basically had enough score to call in a new lodestar, which would give you enough for more dogs and another vtol. Rinse and releat and if youre in a decent spot and kept yourself safe with the score streaks youd just be bombing the lobby with dogs cleaning up campers the rest of the match.

Sentry guns on that map you played it on were so OP with a squad all of us using them on Dom ooooh it was like putting them on demo on highrise

Damn, I’d normally just use the UAV, Hunter killer but I’d throw it directly at people instead, and care package and have those three loop quite a bit during each game. Would even let teammates grab the care packages

*Fun Fact:* at one point in time the military actually tried to make a microwave turret. Though it was nothing like the scorestreak we recognized in Black ops 2. To make something that small and that effective would be incredible. What the military managed to make was these giant looking satellite microwave turrets that had to be carried on top of Humvees. And it took a lot of energy to blast somebody with the microwaves. It was supposed to be used for crowd control and riots rather than military use. Turns out it sucked and it was an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars. It was so weak that it didn't really even cook them up. It just raised the temperature of where they were standing a little bit and that was it. Just a minor annoyance. Which they could just simply stand out of the way of where the turret is pointing at. Or put on suncreem / sunblock. I'm not even joking. They made this giant microwave turns to cook people during crowd control and all it did was raise the temperature a little bit, minorly bother them just a bit, and can be easily countered with a simple bottle of sun cream. A swarm of hunter killer drones is more realistic than making a portable microwave turret that is very effective.

The technology is still in use for crowd control. The “Silent Guardian” system is a smaller version of the technology, which is why the killstreak is called the Guardian

I don’t think people realize how good BO2 was. Multiplayer was pretty good. Good guns/ score streaks/ maps. League play was first introduced in BO2. Zombies wasn’t bad either.

Emp grenades scavenger and Quickdraw, OP as fuck in this game. Emp assists were 50 points similar to half a kill and could wall bang above and below a level for equipment. They were never nerfed from my understanding other than Blast radius, ever remember them guys?

i remember trying to play bo2 and i spent hours trying to find a lobby with no cheaters i finally found one but after awhile a cheater joined and i just quit the game entirely i miss the old days of bo2

you forgot the second part of the hellstorm missile after the barrage, it acts like a predator missile if you hit the trigger again
