Remember the Tennessee Constitution

Among many Americans and Tennesseans, there is a general feeling that what is happening around us as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic is not right, more specifically, unconstitutional. Though many of us know that to be true, it seems to be hard to pinpoint exactly why. And while we continue to walk around with this general feeling, our rights are being taken away from us.
We are taking a step forward and inviting all Tennesseans to join us in declaring that this government is ours, and it is ours because of the security of our liberties by the Tennessee Constitution.
Please take a moment to watch this video and SHARE with family and friends. It is time to stand!

Some of us are forming the Tennessee Republic and following David Straight. The current Government operates for profit and has a Dun and Bradstreet number. Dun and Bradstreet only assigns numbers to Companies, Corporations, that are for profit. The Courts in Tennessee all have Dun and Bradstreet numbers. Follow David Straight, Christopher Hauser, High Frequency Radio, April LeJune, Patrick Devine and Jean Keating for more information on how we have been fooled. Tennessee has (3) Constitutions which guaranteed, many will not tell you to compare; 1796, 1834, and the current Constitution. We have gotten away from a Constitution that gives you rights, versus what we have now, giving us privileges.

Everyone should be addressing this violation of our rights to the Blount County Mayor, Ed Mitchell... How is it that Blount County is getting away with UNLAWFULLY posting a sign on the front door of the Blount County Justice Center stating that cellphones or recording devices are prohibited? Local policies DO NOT supersede our Constitutional rights!! Freedom of the press or freedom of the media is the principle that communication and expression through various media, including printed and electronic media, especially published materials, should be considered a right to be exercised freely. "Tennessee law permits the use of still photography and audio and video recording devices in any trial, hearing, argument on appeal, or other matter held in open court that the public is entitled to attend." It is also our Constitutional right to record anything we can see in a publicly accessible area. This is a clear violation of our rights. FYI- Government buildings are paid for by the members of the public's taxes so we have every right to record anything that our eyes can see in public!! City or county policies do NOT override the laws or the U.S. Constitution. Every American has a First Amendment right to record in public places, even in government buildings. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” This means that no government entity may curtail free speech and press activities. Photography in a publicly accessible area of any government building is our right. Both the public and the press have a right to record government officials or matters of public interest in a public place. But unfortunately, it is one thing for a photographer to know his or her rights when recording public officials and quite another for security guards, police officers, and government officials to be knowledgeable of or even care about those rights. They are constantly violating our rights. Do a search on KZread for "First Amendment Auditors" and watch their videos. Most people (even police officers) don't even know what our Constitutional rights are, even though they have sworn to an oath to protect those rights. www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/tennessee-recording-law?fbclid=IwAR1ZHEJ53aFK-R5P3aKLxrfN8RWNr_Jm2cU1b0NzMJs2y4smIOsSuif_73M First of all, everyone needs to make a complaint to the Blount County Mayor, Ed Mitchell. (865) 273-5700. Or you could address the complaint onto his Facebook page here---> facebook.com/blountcountytnmayor Secondly, we can all contact the Department of Justice to report a civil rights violation. (Here is the address of the Blount County Justice Center: 926 E. Lamar Alexander Parkway Maryville, TN 37804) You are not required to provide your name or contact information. If you want to remain anonymous, leave that section blank. But if you choose to provide your contact information, they will only use it to respond to your submission. Click on this link here to make a complaint about a violation of our civil rights---> civilrights.justice.gov/report/
