He has our best results against the top 6 of the post Fergie era. Especially against City. But those players threw him under the bus. All the pundits were thrashing him. I feel bad for the Post Fergie era, they never were given the chance to work for an extended period of time like Arteta and even Klopp. Now everyone want the same to happen to Ten Hag and I really wish that INEOS give a chance to work with properly.

Fergie had players far better than Ole but he got his fielding all wrong twice in finals where it matters most. It doesn't make Ole better but even the best at times make mistakes.

The reason his tactic works against top 6 is because those team push so far up the pitch that they left tons of space behind for pacey winger to exploit, he had his team sat really deep and counter. Against weaker team, those team prefer to gave possession and doesn't leave space behind them.

Ragnick was okay..infact he was 100% right on his analysis on every area that team was lagging....but the players who didn't co-operate & used politics to send him out.
