Salaam, Brother, I just wanted to say that you were showing goundh in your recipe, the pinky coloured one, not goundh katheera, which is lighter in colour and when soaked, turns gummy like gelatine, there is a difference between them both, in terms of their appearance and temperament on your body, Goundh has a warming affect, whereas goundh katheera has a cooling affect, just wanted to clarify this
