The owner of the secret base this time is trying to trying to make a 1/200 scale model of this submarine. It has been sinking in the sea for 70 years. This will have all sorts of romance, so I guess I better make one. That's how I feel about it.
He, Naoto Nomura, makes all of his models by hand, based on the actual blueprints. But this time... Submarines are mainly used for covert operations, so basically there are no documents or photos of them. In that aspect, it is quite difficult to create.
Under such circumstances, how does he create an elaborate model?
