bought one at work tonight lol NOW watching reviews......hope it stays hot in the winter... I DO HAVE A QUESTION THOUGH!!!!!! You mentioned putting it in the garage. which is something I wanted to do, but some work mates said it was a bad idea vs. moisture and mold from the steam (obviously....) But can you provide any insight on that??? I'd love to put it in my garage instead of out in the snow. but I don't wanna risk anything. Cheers man, thank you.

Keep it in your garage for sure. It’ll work much better in there than out in the elements. And the garage is great, I had this same worry about moisture, but it has not been a problem at all. We’ve had one in our garage for about 6 months now without a single issue.

I’m looking at buying one of these but I’m conflicted on whether to go with the square shaped one that’s in this video or the circle shaped one. I don’t know if there’s a difference or what one will be most comfortable to fit 4 adults.

I would say they are about the same. Can fit in places like corners a bit better, but overall not a huge difference in my opinion.

The Grenada is also great hot tub! We did not experience this with it, but I’ve had other people tell me they have problems getting it to stay at 104 due to its size.

Do you leave the heating system on at all times? I just bought one and I’m confused about whether or not I should be turning the heater off at night and restarting it in the morning or just keeping it on?

You can leave the heating system on, however, it will show in your electricity bill. We suggest turning it on the night before you plan on using it and turning it off when you feel as though you are done for the day.

no one is talking about the auto shutoff of the bubbles that will not turn back on. I had to turn the GFI off and on to reset it so I could turn the bubbles back on! Is this normal? Is there a workaround? I really would like to have my bubbles on for more then 20 min. Why can I not turn them back on?

This is not something I’m familiar with. We got one of their new models just this week, so we will be sure to test this out.

I tried setting up my 2-3 person square tub but unit is not holding air. After a fdew minutes it's deflated enough that the sides are not firm at all. I checked for air leaks and made sure the air caps were tight. It's on a level patio floor with a pad underneath it. I've emailed the company but not getting any response. Would like to be able to contact a customer service but can't seem to locate any U.S. numbers. Help!

Should the filter on the other side of the pump have just has much suction as the filter under the heater? I feel like it doesn’t so wondering if something is wrong.

I don’t think it’s supposed to. The one closer to the heating unit pump has higher pressure

When I replace the filter it’s never dirty is that normal? The one by the heater is always dirty.

Mine: Top has a leak, out of the box. Inflated 4x in 2 days. Contacted them. They asked for pic. Sent Pic. No reply. I emailed again. No Response. So, it would be a working hot tub IF they just sent a working replacement top. But, the customer service is so bad and you get a bad one, they don't care. The table that came with it was also crooked but I wasn't worried about that. WIthout the top it is DANGEROUS for a small child or animal could fall in, very sad they won't take care of this.

Bought one about a year ago but after using for about 2wks leaks when pump is on cant find away to turn in a claim on warranty this is a joke of a hot tub they take your money but have ways to use warranty

All in all the main product has been good except customer service. Recently bought one and noticed a day later that the air was not holding in the air bladder which is needed to retain temperature. I called customer service but no success on a replacement because they said “we are out of stock”. Meanwhile I am inflating this thing every 2 days. Not that Relaxing.

Mine lasted less than 2 weeks before the heater stopped working. Emails to support go unanswered. I wouldn't recommend these.

That's a real bummer! We've had ours running pretty much non-stop for about 2 months with no issues. I just reached out to my contact on their marketing team to see if I can get a more direct line for you to reach out to regarding customer service/warranties. I'll keep you updated.

This is the worst product on the market. Ours only lasted 2 months, and the warranty was for 12 months. They still didn't refund our money. Even after we told them that we did everything by their troubleshooting guide.

I went back with an intex. They coat a little more. But a better product. The seats in relaxtime doest stay in their holders. They keep popping out. Their products sucks.
