I remember when them torque safe reducers were brand new. We did a brand new 14 story building using those. The painters, finishers and carpenters damaged about 900 pendants and sidewalls by either painting the head, covered the head in mud or damaged the head with the drywall. We went back to change them I’d say about 10% of the heads wouldn’t come out. They just kept spinning inside that brass piece in the fitting. We had to cut holes in the walls and ceilings to be able to hold back to get the head out.
