MY Zebra GK420 is flashing red slowly. The media is loaded and the lid is fully closed but still keep blinking red. Any ideas?

Have you checked for loose sticky labels blocking the label sensor? Might need to raise a trouble ticket with Zebra?

Hi dude, my zebra keep printing the tickets clean, no write anything , idk why, i just do the normal configuration, but just have white tickets , she is not writing, any idea? its new Thanks

There could be a number of reasons for this problem, from the simple fix (is there a loose label stuck to the thermal print head) to rather difficult requiring zebra customer support for a faulty print head. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Hello sir, maybe you know if this printer supports 1 inch width labels? I wish to print 1/2" x 1" Thanks for the info...

@@nathanmohler1631 I took the risk and bought the GK420T which prints on direct thermal and thermal transfer as well, and yes. The 1" labels do fit without any problem.

There is plenty of space for wide labels. Though this video was taken some years ago there may be better more modern label printers on the market by now.

No idea sorry, I am a pc user. There may be a driver available or think about a wireless/USB compatible label printer?

Hi The printing is intermittently coming. One is printing and the next is not printing. So there is wastage of too many barcodes

Have you tried thoroughly cleaning the print head (I use an IPA swab) also you could perform a printer recalibration and reset. Other than these few things it will need servicing by Zebra.
