However I don’t think there will be games which take over these big 3 in at least 2 years, however I think people might expand to other animes like a high quality bleach game for example

I personally think the games will succeed but I do NOT think it will SAVE roblox at all. People will continue to play trash bandit beater cash grabs and devs will continue to make them because they do well.

Instead of 500-5k consistently players. Plus the bigger players are harder to entertain. it takes legit skibbidy toilet to entertain a kid.

@@myth_1013 yeah the shiny colors part is the worst, cuz when i was still a bit of a kid 4 years ago when blox piece came out i loved how colorful it is, but now i think it looks like rainbow diaharea, litterally for the reason that background matters for abilities, for example take deepwoken, they have a gray-like looking world and they made the legendary weapons shiny, and they actually look bonkers, not like neon blox fruits shitty dark blade for 2000 robux

Hwx and Rell Seas are anime games. Nowadays kids are running roblox. Not all kids are playing anime games. Yes we are players that care about the platform but not even 25% of the platform is targeted toward us. We have all played other types of games. Tycoons, Obby's, Role Play Games, City Games, Adventure Games, etc etc. Factoring all of that + the unrealistic community for these upcoming games. How would these 2 games save roblox. Dont get me wrong. I love Rell Games. Ive been playing their games for years now. But seriously. Come down from the clouds because you must be high if you think this will "save roblox"

It can go two ways. First(and most likely) it will be like sl2(bf copyright) where the games will set a new standard and peak that will be almost impossible for any *amateur* dev to be able to live up to or the second where anime games after these two will take one the best part abt these fames and implement them into their games with no second thought until we as player eventually get sick of it. This one happened with gpo. After it released anime games after only cared abt good graphics and forgot abt the gameplay

I feel like people just saying rellseas should be an example of what other games should forget that not only is rellgames made by adults with a big budget and ten years of experience which most developers on roblox who are kids by the way don’t have and also most developers do roblox development for fun and to try earn a little bit of money from it. No, rellseas and holly war x won’t save roblox because most people don’t have the experience, the budget, the time, and the team

Let's be real, i don't think most people expect all their ideas to be part of the games nor do they have to be for it to be a great game, but IF the ideas are part of it it will just make it better. Either way i'm happy if the games just release in a non buggy state, bugs are ofcourse allowed but atleast have more features than bugs.

Gpo influenced many games BUT nobody actually did it good besides maybe project slayers and even that is debatable. This goes to show just because you influence a platform, doesn't mean your influence could be met. We loved gpo for its quality and even 2-3 years later, we are getting shit like haze piece or pirates destiny

imo it'll save the platform for the people who are interested in them bc those people will be playing those 2 games for a long time and if the devs keeping putting meaningful updates then it wont die any time soon + theres 2 of them so if you complete all content in 1 game just hop over to the other until the other one updates which leads to an insane amount of playtime and enjoyment for the players who aren't interested in bandit beater thus saving the platform for them. also after those 2 games launch the bandit beater problem wont be as big anymore bc there are 2 good alternatives to hold players down until the next GOOD launch and the people who enjoy bandit beaters will keep their games and everyone will be happy.

i think when the game drops it will get a lot of players and of they do early access like jujutsu infinite we know anime players will play quality games like jujutsu infinite so devs gonna have to put more effort to compete with games like rell seas and holy war as those ate very hyped games probably more than jujutsu infinite the other bandit beating anime games will get overshadowed of course we wont see instant quality games but after a some years devs will copy like they did blox fruits

Jujutsu infinite isn’t quality, it has great pvp but it’s nothing special at all it’s just bandit beating for the PVE with a cool PVP concept. People just bored as shit right now cause Roblox is so boring rn

i dont think it will save roblox but it most def will open a new path to roblox development and the way games are made. Hopefully the games set way to new styles of development

If they can keep people consistently entertained for at least a year it will "save" roblox, by now people have realized high quality really is something worth pursuing, after a year most agmes are gonna start trying to reach that standard, and that will save roblox, not the game themselves

tbh people expecting conq haki in rell seas are def the people that overhype it too much even then, still have to see an actual good way for conq haki to get added (there isn't really one)

I just enjoy the rpg games like proxide and demon fall because it’s bandit beating but with more content and better animations

i said how it wont save roblox under techys vid and how these games will just end up being those rare good games we get every other year.

jujutsu infinite, blackout, rell seas, holy war x, all of these are releasing this year or next year, whole lotta things coming out and its gonna help a lot.

I don't think rell seas or HWX will save the entirety of roblox but I think they will improve the anime community on roblox

I don't think it will save Roblox but it will be a great inspiration for creators in the future which will help the platform not feel that dry at least

i think maine's main issue with his argument was him addressing everyone or most of the people who are hyped for rell seas when he should be addressing a minority like swift said. not everybody is expecting rell seas to be a game with all of their ideas implemented in it. i personally think its possible for the games to help save roblox via what swift said and thats with the player's tolerance for shitty games going down because the 2 games are that good which will make the devs put more effort into their games which will in turn increase the average quality of the games on the platform and hopefully slowly that trend will keep going up until we don't get shitty cashgrabbing bandit beaters every month

It's gonna take time. Roblox started to evolve like last 3-4 years. Before it was the same thing for like ages, so I think like 2-3 years later we gonna get high quality games that can compete with rell seas/holy war x, but not now for sure

I agree with maine, ive said this before but peoples expectations for the games are too high and I do not think the developers can really truly genuinely and honestly deliver on those expectations. We've seen it hundreds of times already, how many games not even just roblox games have had so much hype behind them then just didnt deliver? The hype is going to be the biggest reason these games may not do as well as they could because people will be expecting "the best" and when its not the best they leave and say the game was bad. Its a rinse and repeat cycle with games like these and I really do think people need to start realizing that and lowering their expectations. I don't think its a select few people either, when you see the videos on these games and the comments its filled with these exact people. Its not only about the ideas these people have, its also about 99.9% of videos saying these games will be great. There has been so many games that have died because of this, either because they were bad or everyone just expected too much. I also don't believe these games will bring about a new era of well made and thought out games its just not realistic, whats in high demand is low effort games not just to make but also to play. Blox fruits being the obvious prime example here and that probably wont be changing for a very long time.

A good and replayable game revives the roblox experience at least for me. Remember, this is a kids platform in the first place. Not every kid has the same interests. I just lost interest because there wasn't anything left for me. A good example of this was back when you could still play a game called: Pokemon Brick Bronze. This game had me hooked! Sadly, it got taken down because of copyright claims from Gamefreak. All it takes is a single game to revive the entire roblox experience (at least for some people individually like me).

I think it is going to save Roblox on a more personal level than a global level. People like myself haven't been enjoying the games that have come out recently. You'll play them for a week or two max and stop playing because of the lack of content. So two behemoths of a game that actually look good and would most likely get consistent updates would indeed "Save Roblox"

My take is no game will directly save it but what I will say is Rell Seas and Holy War X will 100% set a new standard for Roblox which in turn will spiral and inspire other game devs to make equally amazing games

It’s not just two games really many game greater starts to made his own game better and better to get the platform one a really higher level and there so many of them you can’t really said now Roblox is just for kids and I’m really existent of all the new games there will come up (Reales) and give the platform a new look for so many players and don’t get me wrong you need already a pretty good setup to get some games maxed out but I don’t know that the platform get safe in my eyes is the platform just growing so anytime is right? 😅 (pretty cool video) :p

My standard has already gone up and the games haven't even dropped yet, I'm not playing those garbage games anymore also ibemaine has a point in that people have an idea of what they want rell seas and holy war to be and despite not seeing much of anything at all about the game besides models and while the models do look very good the gameplay could be meh so its important to keep expectation medium-high and not glaze it to the point of overhype. I'm excited and hoping its a good game but I can't take anyone seriously saying its 100% going to change roblox, knowing how the kids on roblox are.

Although i know rell seas and holy war x will do well, I don't think it will save roblox, simply because they r easy to make, and an easy cash grab, most people won't have the time or won't be bothered to spend their time making a high or at last good quality game.

imo its gonna save anime games. theres already arcane odyssey which a lot of people love, arcane odyssey was a step in the right direction for game development. the devs made it great besides the lack of content (but its early access so i understand.) while a lot of mature people (12+) are probably gonna go play holy war X. most of the kids are going to stay on blox fruits because it requires a low iq and "sHiNY CoLOEreS" so imo holy war X and Rell Seas can save roblox but only if we dont get screwed over like demonfall with the devs. mostly its gonna be a great game but we shouldnt have unreal standards. i would probably let the developers cook up the game and play with tester before we give it crazy standards. my standards are high but i dont think they should be that high. we all know what happened with demonfall and since its being made by the same dev im kinda scared about holy war X. it might be another running simulator, it might be goated. i think we should let time pass and let the devs get it in a playable state before saying all these crazy things. that is what tester is for, let the devs get it in a playable state and it might save roblox. arcane odyssey once its out of this early access and drought of content should get close to saving roblox. blox fruits is still going to be popular as you cant kill a game with 400k players that easy. but holy war X and rell seas should give us the formula for actual good games. All we have to worry about is if the toxic players decide to strike these games and ruin them. ofc they are gonna do that because most of the gpo and blox fruits community is going to move over to holy war x. we dont want another saitama battlegrounds.

@@is0james83 i understand what u are saying but... the bandit beaters are where u spend 200 hours grinding and then the pvp is mid with a lot of bugs and stuff. if you go around killing npcs for a bit its fine but if you keep killing npcs for the majority of the game ur not even having fun. I WOULD RATHER WATCH PAINT DRY THAN TURN OFF MY BRAIN AND START CLICKING KEYS ON BLOX FRUITS FOR 2000 HOURS.

Thats what most dev wants their games to be like and u hating on blox fruits doesnt matter because even if 100k ppl just suddenly quit they would have 300k. All im trying to say is bandit beaters make money and players are obviously enjoying the constant bandit beating. So in my opinion i think holy war x and rell seas will be very good but i honestly dont see it doing better than a simple game like blox fruits.

It doesnt really focus on things like the story or real good pvp but for one piece fans im sure they would want to get their favorite devil fruit and unlock all the powers.

I hope those two games are good, but I don't think it'll save the platform itself, its easier to just copy and paste a whole game (because scripts and assets are wildly available for these cash grabs/bandit beaters) and get profits out of little work. Iirc rell seas and holy war x took years to make, so we might see a good game pop up every now and then, but the sheer amount of slop posted weekly will burry those games since kids would rather play something that familiar instead of new and challenging

if you think people's expectations aren't too high, you haven't saw anything yet. I geneunly don't know if it's just me who's this lucky but 80% of Rell Seas fans i see or/and talk with are think it'll conquer the world or something, some of them are unironically emplying that Rell Seas is gonna be greater than even some classic videos games outside of Roblox like Half Life series or TES, shit's insane watch, once Rell Seas will come out these same people will complain that the game isn't perfect

Bandit beaters are not the issue, a lot of people do like running a pc punching bandits endlessly just to know they’re “progresing” and not doing anything bad at all, bandit beaters exist for the overall audience who don’t get good in pvp and want a more “fair game” which is blox fruits, like the level cap is 2450, anyone even the worst skill issues can beat a 30M bounty with a super sick combo and it’s balanced Rell seas will likely to have a very difficult to learn tutorial and a very complex progression, which not many people are used to, just like arcane odyssey Moving onto deepwoken and rogue lineage, they’re not that difficult to understand but they’re focused on pvp, the playercount shows a minority who enjoys pvp, just like that And lastly games such as arcane reborn and fantastic frontier, their level difficulties are very high, and only pros play them, and we’re sure who is good and who is not
