I did not know that anyone nowadays still remember one of the oldest cards ever. Relinquished. And the fact that this card is still playable nowadays is impressive :D

Relinquished with gravity bind got me Number 1 in my country back in the days.

I get sharp when I see OG Yu-Gi-Oh! Archtypes Destroy META. Like a Kefka enjoying Destruction!

They all have tedious combos that can easily take out fun decks, but actual metas crush those ones like they’re nothing. But I really love seeing the most competitive version of a fun deck crushing them too

That first duel was awesome, you managed to summon out the big 3 without breaking a sweat. You play this deck like a champ, keep up the good work.

They would maybe should make a metamorphosis like card but for a specific archetype or with appropriate conditions to hopefully curtail abuse.

as a relinquished player I really appreciate this videos.

I know that this is supposed to be a highlight reel for your deck... But I'm kinda interested in that guy's Ghostrick Swordsoul deck now

I havent played this game since it was still new. Seeing how much has changed and just the absolute mad combos is mind blowing. Makes me happy to see relinquished is still making people hate the game and just scoop.

relinquished animation is 🔥

I had no idea you could use called by the grave like that. It made Pot of Avarice useless. If this happened in real life I would have just shuffled 4 of the 5 monsters in the deck and would have drawn 2 cards. Because it doesn't say to send 5 monsters to the deck but only to target them, and target them the opponent did. Interesting.

For future reference, any effect that says target X to do Y will not resolve properly if the stated number of targets cannot perform whatever the effect tells you to do.

Really debating on dropping the gems for this or the neo blue eyes deck you posted a while back... ugh cant decide 😢 lol

They're completely situational as in allow for more flexibility

Relinquished is a load of fun I run mine with Invoked

Nice deck! I also used some old archetypes in the Duelist Cup, like Dark Magician and Gaia. I have videos for those matches.

What are some of the core cards in the ED? I believe the Relinquished monsters, Verte, and the Knightmares are mandatory.

now is nowhere near as strong as before, but I found quite successful to combine relinquished with branded, being able to finish games is important and gives you more plays.

The Pegasus starter deck was the first deck I owned. Still using relinquished as my main to this day. Hoping for more direct support from Konami.

Nice play, but I do not understand why many of the cards in the extra deck are there. The only ones of use are like Millenium and Anima, and phoenix and maybe anaconda. Why all the others?

It'd make sense if they did. Relinquished doesn't really do anything if going first, and having triple Lightning Storm means you're expecting to go second anyway.

As a Relinquished fan, this pleases me.
