Hi there, It sounds like an incorrect installation/door handing detection. To fix this, remove the interior assembly of the lock. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it. Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection. 4:26 How to Reset the Lock 0:05 Door Handing detection

I have done all the steps, but my user code doesn’t work. I’ve reset the keypad over and over. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Hi there, If you're doing everything correctly yet your code isn't working, check the installation. It looks like the Thumb Turn wasn't set in the right position during installation. To fix this, remove the interior assembly from the door. Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it. Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection process. This should fix the problem. Note: Change the default Programming Code (0000) and delete the default User Code (1234). You can add new User Codes.

Yes. Follow these steps to mute the beep sound: 1. Enter your Programming Code and press the EZSET button. 2. Press 7 and press the EZSET button. You should see a green flash and hear a long beep, meaning silent mode is activated. Test it to confirm.

Hi there, To confirm your door handing, enter the default Programming Code (0000), and press the Lock/Unlock button. Next, press 0 and press the Lock/Unlock button. The latch bolt should extend and retract to learn the door orientation. Try watching the video from the beginning... I've demonstrated how to determine left/right hand, and other programming.
