    The first example of Failure rate is wrong, 0.9x0.8 = 72, 1-0.72= 0.28, or 28% and not 0.24 or 24%. With reference to the video time 3:57. I do like how you show it step by step. excellent.

    Failure rate and unreliability are not the same. The former is the inverse of mtbf and the latter is the cumulative density function (1 - reliability).

    How do you turn 1/40 and 1/150 into reliability decimals? there’s something I’ve missed somewhere

    0.9*0.95*0.99 =0.84645/85% but your answer was different
