Relaxing Wind Sounds Through The Grass Field 8 Hours / Body Movement (Free Flow)

Ойын-сауық

Wind blowing through the grass field with the subtle sound of crickets and birds in the background. Nothing makes you feel more connected with the nature than moving freely in your body to the energies surrounding you.

Ever since I was born, all I have wanted to do was just exist here. There is something so special and humbling about just sitting in a lush green field, in the middle of no where, feeling the sun on your face and wind blow through your hair. The way that nature climbs you with kindness and warmth, with it’s loving wistful arms, really touches me in a way that I will never fully understand. At the end of the day I don’t want to understand it, because the love I feel from it all- from the beauty of a co-existence between me and the deep blue skies, gentle and quiet fluffy white clouds, the little creatures and insects that live all around this place…the feeling of grass blades and cool mud below threading through my fingers on a hot, windy summers day…feels like it would be too critically thought about to enjoy. I have never experienced the exact situation of sitting in a field on a nice day with no urban life around me; my experiences are scattered across literal different fields and childhood worlds that I have since forgotten…but I have such a yearning to feel what I have felt before, sitting in a field or just a quiet place outside, simultaneously. And just exist. And just be. And listen. And forget that I am not a single being but nature itself and nature is not just a inclusive concept but also me. I just wish I could tell someone about this without being judged or even just sitting down and very genuinely listening and relating. Maybe I can hold hands with everyone who feels that way, or lay in the grass with them, and feel with them.

They just keep doing the same yoga positions eternally until you go and accept their quest, where they tell you to bring them a bucket of magical, healing spring water from the nearby river but if you spill a drop you have to start over...and there are gnolls in the hills...
