Curious thing is, when I started listening to this the music made me tear up and break down a bit. I thought I was doing it wrong but fact is one part of healing is confronting what’s wrong. For some people,myself included, it can feel like it’s the first time you’ve confronted these problems but that’s the thing, it isn’t! So whatever happens don’t give up, you’ve got this!
